The railway truck operation fault dynamic image detection system (TFDS) is a major component of the 5T system and smart systems integration. It comprises of the high precision speed system, the high speed digital image acquisition system, the real-time large-capacity image data processing system, and accurate positioning pattern recognition technology. TFDS allows technical train inspections to shift from a "people-inspected, people-repaired" model to a "machine-inspected, people-repaired" model, which improves train operation quality by taking advantage of the efficiency of a machine-controlled operation instead of relying on man power. This effectively improves inspection quality and transportation efficiency, and ensures that the observation of transportation safety is effectively sustained. The full set of systems is recommended, which can be tailored according to the customer's specific requirements.
